We have a lot to offer!

Our classes are fun and informative, and at CRETE'S DANCE COMPANY students are offered a variety of dance programs, divided into classes by ability level. Students receive personalized attention in a well-rounded, age appropriate, safe program featuring a fun atmosphere while they learn the art of dance. Students are encouraged to develop skill building techniques while developing their own personal growth, self-esteem, discipline and creativity. Our studio is equipped with all the great stuff that makes learning the art of dance a lot of fun. We
have great teachers, a waiting room/lobby area, changing room, sound system, mirrors in two large
teaching rooms, and tons of creativity. We proudly display photos of our students, as well as trophies
and special awards! To top it off, local artists Geoff & Echo Easton hand-painted beautiful Degas murals!!

CRETE'S DANCE COMPANY has earned a strong reputation in Crete and surrounding
communities by proving that talent and experience are the best foundations for a successful studio.
Great teachers and a safe program are an important part of our success. Each year students, their families and friends, take part and enjoy the much anticipated Annual
Recital Production showcasing what the students have learned the past year. What fun!

Every year at CRETE'S DANCE COMPANY proves to be just as exciting as the last, and our
return rate of students tells us we're doing it right. Our studio and programs are promoted in
newspapers, flyers, and most of all by the word-of-mouth from happy students.

Studio Director: Tamara Culhane

Tamara began dancing at age three. With a love of dance and a teacher she cherished - a dream began. Today, after more than 25 years in the industry, Tamara has been providing a creatively developed successful curriculum year after year.

What is her success? Years of training and dedication to providing the most up-to-date dance programs available. From choreography to designing costumes, set designs to large-scale productions, her creativity never stops. With a terrific staff to help her, she's able to realize her dream and provide a variety of fun and exciting classes. Tamara has attended, and continues to attend, Masters Classes in Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, and Minneapolis. She has received training from choreographers to the stars in the music and film industry. Preparation never stops!

Tamara has also been an adjunct teacher (part-time) for the University of Nebraska. In addition, she has also choreographed for competition teams at schools and other studios.

Tamara knows she couldn't be as successful as she is with out the love and support of her husband Dennis, daughter Tayler, and her wonderful staff and volunteers.

Classes & Policies

Studio Policy: NO FOOD, GUM OR BEVERAGE will be allowed in the studio. Water bottles are welcome.

Dance Tuition Fees: Please make all checks payable to: Crete's Dance Company. All dance tuition is due the FIRST CLASS of every month. If for some reason tuition cannot be paid on time, an alternative payment plan may be arranged. Please contact Tammy. An $8.00 late fee will be charged after the 15th of the month for all late accounts. Tuition is the same amount each month. Months with holidays may have only three weeks of classes, but other months may have five. There is a $20.00 service fee for all returned checks.

Attendance: Please phone the studio to report all student absences, (402) 430-6086.

Identification: Students names or initials need to be marked in all shoes, bags, etc.

Make Ups: Refunds on tuition will not be given for classes missed. Students who are absent due to illness can contact Tammy for a make up time in a similar class.

Studio Entrance: Everyone is asked to enter the studio through the North (alley) entrance. The south entrance (13th/Hwy 33) is not used due to the high volume of traffic.
